  • Contactors, Starters and Protective Relays

With a broad portfolio that includes everything from phase, voltage and current monitoring relays to motor protection breakers, we offer the protection your system needs against equipment failure and danger caused by voltage faults, current conditions or excessive load requirements. Our extensive line of space saving and easy-to-install electro mechanical starters is the most efficient and effective solution for all customer application needs. Motor starting and protection is an ideal space-saving and cost-saving solution for panel builders and OEMs. Our  Manual Motor Starters are compact, versatile units that can be used in single or three-phase applications. Manual Motor Protection is an ideal space-saving and cost-saving solution for single or three-phase manual starter applications. Manual motor starters and protectors are used in commercial and industrial construction.

  • Distribution and Termination Solutions

Power Distribution Blocks provide a means for termination of up to 12 load wires in a single point while being supplied by a single line. Terminal blocks are suited to conserve space while allowing maximum flexibility, when labor cost reduction and ease of assembly is desired.  Terminal blocks offer high-volume interconnect of control and signal circuitry, when labor cost reduction and ease of assembly is desired. Applications include automated equipment, machine tools, packaging/material handling machinery, railway/mass transit systems, and petrochemical.

Fuse blocks and holders provide a simple DIN mounting device for protection in control circuits. Available for Class CC, H, M and R, they are UL listed or recognized and CSA certified for branch circuit protection, supplementary and high-speed protection.

  • Monitoring Relays

Our selection of monitoring relays can be easily customized for specific application requirements. A few examples available features are fixed settings (with or without knobs), remote adjustments, special pin configurations or performing a specific time delay function. Our current monitoring relays are a reliable way to monitor AC single-phase currents for overcurrent or undercurrent conditions. They are suitable for control of machines and protection of mechanical apparatus overloading conditions that result in measurable increase in motor current.  Ground fault monitoring relays are a family of digital electronic ground fault protection relays designed for industrial applications. These relays combine low cost with high accuracy to give reliable protection on resistance grounded and solidly grounded power distribution systems.

  • Motor Control Center

Our motor control centers offer the best method for grouping motor control, associated control, distribution equipment and industrial communications. They are specially designed to operate machinery, industrial processes and commercial building systems. Freedom motor control centers offer the best motor control and power distribution solution with proven and reliable components meeting or exceeding all applicable UL and NEMA standards. In continuation with the legacy of our leadership in arc flash safety products, the Freedom Arc Resistant Motor Control Center (MCC) is designed to provide personnel with increased protection from the dangers of arc flash hazards. Motor Control Center Aftermarket Solutions offer the ability to modernize your equipment, increase arc flash safety and integrate new MCCs into vintage assemblies with products that were created to meet or exceed industry standards and provide superior performance.

  • Relays and Timers

Whether you’re a machine builder or end user, control panel designer or facility maintenance manager, our expansive offering of relay options with customization capabilities can meet all of your specific application requirements. Safety relays are intended to reliably monitor the signals from safety devices at all times and switch off quickly and reliably in an emergency. Relays include a variety of machine tool type relays. Included in this area open style relays and relays with convertible or side-mount contacts. There are a variety of accessories to match the application, including suppressors, timing contacts and enclosures. Solid-State Relays are a technologically advanced set of heavy-duty, industrial electronic relays for tough applications and harsh environments. They perform many applications that electromechanical relays perform, with the distinct advantage of having no moving mechanical parts within them.

  • Sensors and Limit Switches

We have a wide range of sensing options for any application-from sophisticated noncontact sensing solutions to rugged mechanically actuated switches. Photoelectric sensors feature long sensing ranges because they detect objects using light projected over great distances relative to other types of presence sensors. Conveyor Sensors are designed to help prevent product damage and mishandling caused by outdated mechanical sensor rollers. An inductive sensor detects metallic objects without requiring physical contact with the targets to be sensed. Our capacitive proximity sensors are self-contained devices that detect both metallic and nonmetallic targets. They are a great solution for liquid level control and sensing powdered or granulated materials.
